Ingredients

• 1 kg potatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp salt
• oil
• sour cream

Instructions

1. Grate potatoes and onion finely.
2. Drain off excess liquid.
3. Mix with egg, flour and salt.
4. Fry spoonfuls in hot oil 3 min per side.
5. Serve with sour cream.
