Jajecznica na Kiełbasie

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 20 g butter
• 100 g kiełbasa, diced
• 1 tbsp chives
• salt and pepper
• bread

Instructions

1. Fry the kiełbasa in butter 3 min.
2. Beat the eggs lightly with salt.
3. Pour over the sausage and stir slowly over low heat.
4. Take off the heat while still soft
5. add chives and serve with bread.
